This is not a boot camp. There will be no crazy trainer screaming at you!
Instead these sessions are designed with the needs of your sport or activity in mind & will help to minimise your risk of injury & improve your performance so you can continue to participate in, and enjoy, your sport!

Your first session is complimentary so you can ‘try before you buy’.
After your first session, the cost is:

$144 for a 3 month package (12 sessions + a bonus free session) or

$12 per session.
Members of the Panthers Triathlon Club are entitled to a discount so please let me know if you’re a member when you register.
